Principal Lawyer Emily Evangelista started her career as a judicial law clerk for judges of the Superior Court of Justice, giving her a unique understanding of how decisions get made. Following her call to the bar, she practiced closely for years with Michael A. Handler, a lawyer with +40 years of practice in the area of civil litigation, who remains an advisor to the firm.

Associate Lawyer Thien Hoang graduated magna cum laude from the Telford School of Management at the University of Ottawa, and obtained her law degree from the University of Toronto. Thien joined the firm after completing her articles with a full-service Toronto law firm, where she discovered she wished to pursue a career in civil litigation. 

Our practice focuses exclusively on civil litigation. We have argued before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. We have also appeared before arbitral tribunals in Ontario and Nova Scotia. We have the benefit of experience and a track record of success.
